Reflective Project

The Reflective Project aims to develop students' research, critical thinking, and analytical skills while encouraging engagement with real-world issues. It provides an opportunity for students to reflect on their learning and experiences during their Career-related Program.  The Reflective Project is a substantial piece of work that typically consists of a written essay or report, along with a reflective statement. Students choose a topic related to their career-related studies and explore it in-depth, often through primary and secondary research. The project should include a clear research question or problem statement, a review of relevant literature, analysis and interpretation of data, and a conclusion or recommendation.  Through the Reflective Project, students demonstrate their ability to engage with complex ideas, apply academic skills, and synthesize knowledge across different disciplines. It promotes independent learning, critical reflection, and the development of communication skills. The Reflective Project is assessed internally by the school and contributes to the student's overall grade in the IB Career-related Program.
